Our story began in the creative crucible of l’Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières in the 1990s, where the founder of Flawless Design acquired skills in sculpting, drawing, painting, and glassblowing. These artistic talents found a remarkable second life in the world of construction.

Through our journey, we've cultivated a profound understanding of construction industry practices and witnessed the positive transformational impact of restoration and repairs on reducing construction waste. This evolution has driven us to embrace sustainability as a core principle, as we continue our commitment to shaping a more environmentally conscious and artful world of construction.

The Process

A mix of sculpting, color blending and chemistry. Every project starts with finding the right color and finish match for the materials. If the damage is deep, the appropriate filling will be applied. Depending on the materials and severity of the damage, we will either melt wax or hard plastic into the damage area. Or we will apply wood filler or wood epoxy. The filling materials will then be sculpted down, sanded to evenest than wood grain will be sculpted in. We utilize colored filler matching the wood materials colors. Then we will apply multiples layers of wood stains and wood finish to seal properly the area and give it back its original look. This process can be apply to Cabinets, Flooring, Handrails, Doors and Furniture.
